Cruise Details & Booking Info

We're so excited to have you celebrate with us at sea! In order to give everyone the flexibility to choose what works best for their preferences and budget, we've decided not to use a travel agent or block off a set of cabins.

Instead, we’re inviting everyone to book their own stateroom directly through Norwegian Cruise Line or your preferred travel site. This gives you the freedom to select your cabin type, deck, and payment timeline — and to travel at your own pace while still being part of the fun!

Booking Tips

You can book directly at NCL Aqua  look for the January 3, 2027 sailing of Norwegian Aqua from Miami or through your favorite travel site (Expedia, Cruise.com, Costco Travel, etc.). We called and spoke directly with a Norwegian Cruise Line agent — and they were super helpful! They walked us through all the current specials and discounts, helped us understand the options, and even guided us to the best cabin choice for our preferences.

We recommend placing a reservation early — cabins and best prices go quickly! Norwegian Cruise Line offers a full refund on your booking if you cancel 119 days or more before the sail date. After that, cancellation fees apply based on how close you are to the departure date. See the cancellation fee schedule. 

NCL only requires a $250 deposit per person at booking, but they’re currently offering a two-for-one deposit special! You pay just $150, and NCL will match it with another $150 — giving you a total of $300 deposit while only paying $150 out of pocket.

Heads up: If you cancel, your $150 deposit isn’t refunded; instead, the full $300 is held as a future cruise credit with NCL, which you can use later.

Norwegian Cruise Line automatically applies a daily gratuity of $20 per person to your onboard account. This covers tips for your room steward, dining staff, concierge, and other behind-the-scenes crew who make the cruise experience amazing. Please Note: Premium beverages and alcoholic drinks are not included in the daily gratuity. A 20% service charge is added to your account per beverage at the time of purchase, even with the More at Seas package.

The final payment for the cruise isn’t due until September 5, 2026, so there’s plenty of time to plan, budget, and save up for the trip.

Not sure what cabin type to book? NCL offers options ranging from inside cabins to oceanview, balconies, and suites — there’s something for everyone.

A Few Notes

You do not need to book with us or notify the cruise line that you’re part of a group — this celebration is all about low pressure, good vibes, and having space to enjoy the cruise however you'd like.  We did not book a row of rooms, because we thought that having our rooms spread out throughout the ship would give everyone their own space and a sense of privacy.

Be sure to look at the the More at Seas program. This package gets you drinks at the bar, wifi, specialty dining, and shore excursion $$.
